Voice talent FAQs

We have automated Voicearchive’s supplier invoicing process. 

What does this mean? 

You are no longer required to send us an invoice. 

How does it work? 

Each month you will receive a statement from Voicearchive showing the tasks that you have been assigned and how much you are due for that assignment.
For example, the statement for July will be sent around the 10th of August. 

When do I get paid? 

The 15th of each month.
The statement for July will be paid on the 15th August. 

What do I do if there is a mistake on the statement? 

Contact the coordinator who is responsible for assigning the task so they can make the necessary adjustments.
