This is the easiest way for you to get the right voice over for your project – Simply fill out our short form and a professional voice caster will suggest a voice talent matching your requirements.
Once you have found the right voice for your project in our voice database, simply fill in the required information in the Free Quote form on the find voice over talents page.
Within a few business hours you will receive a free and nonbinding quote from VoiceArchive. Inquiries received after hours of operation are processed first thing in the morning. If your project is of a complex nature, we will contact you for further information and subsequently send you a quote asap.

All our voice artists record in a professional sound studio. We apply a comprehensive quality assessment process, including a sound quality check of equipment, settings, studio acoustics etc. before voice talents are approved and uploaded to our database.
After you have confirmed and specified your voice over project, your selected voice over talent will record your voice over in a pro studio and upload it to our server for review
Once reviewed by our coordinator team, your voice over is made available for download through your VoiceArchive.com account.
Once your recording is completed, post produced and quality-assessed by our sound engineer, an audio file in the requested format is ready for you to download from our fully automated file transfer system that will generate and forward a download notification the instant your file is ready. Usually within 1-2 business days.
If you are not satisfied with the voice recording and would like another tone of voice, tempo or style, we will gladly record a new version for you. In general, you can help us eliminate the risk of retakes by providing thorough instructions and a pronunciation guide.
